Roughly 80 square feet of floor and around 560 cubic feet of internal volume on a standard height unit. That is comfortably enough for the contents of a one-bedroom home, or a well-organised trade store.

Can I fit racking inside?

Yes, and it is one of the most common modifications. High cube units are the better choice for racking because the extra height lets you add another shelf level.
