To process an order we need your name, delivery address, billing address, email address and telephone number. Delivery of a container requires a contact telephone number because carriers arrange placement directly with the recipient.

We retain order records including the products purchased, the price paid, the delivery method selected and the delivery outcome. This information supports order fulfilment, customer support, returns, warranty assessment, accounting and tax obligations.

4. Contact forms and enquiries

Information submitted through contact forms, including any files or photographs attached to a support or warranty enquiry, is used to respond to that enquiry and to keep a record of the correspondence. Please do not include payment card details, identification documents or other sensitive information in a form submission.

Container Flex Depot does not receive, store or have access to full payment card numbers. We receive confirmation of whether a payment succeeded, the amount, the currency and a reference for reconciliation.

9. Third party services

We share the minimum information necessary with providers who perform services on our behalf, including hosting, payment processing, delivery and carriage, email delivery, analytics and customer support tooling.
